S&R Ventures, Inc. was formed in 1996. Its principles are Tobi Reiss, President, and Lee Seligman, Vice President. Lee Seligman achieved a degree in construction from the University of Florida in 1978 and has been active in construction in the South Florida area ever since, including serving as chairman of the City of Hollywood Historic Preservation Board for eight years. Together, Tobi and Lee have over 60 years of construction and design experience. They pride themselves on providing customized service to both residential and commercial clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.
